Modern marketing is more accessible than most people think. With the right setup, you reach exactly the people you want to reach — nothing is wasted, everything is measurable.

Mindset is my own independent film studio and at the same time a brand — merch, supplements, digital goods. A long-term project where I try out what's possible with AI today. A lot of it is only coming together now, and a lot of it is still work.

Over time the lab grew into a community. The numbers grew on the side while I was learning — they're less the point than what I understood on the way there.

Two examples that show how little it often takes — if you know where to push.

Aachen, coworking, one week

A new coworking space, one week to opening, no budget. Spread locally through Instagram Stories, paired with a few targeted posts — and on opening day, the place was packed. Brains over budget.

A yoga teacher, local

One intro video, one photo of the studio, one class video. Shot in two days. Run once cleanly on Meta: women, 40–60, five kilometres around the studio. Let it run for a month, collect feedback. That's often enough — you can do this yourself.

Organic content on Instagram slowly builds reach and, more importantly, data. Connected to your backend shop with pixel and tracking set up cleanly, Meta picks up the right signals. Then you don't aim into the void — you aim at people who are likely to buy. Cookie banner set up properly so everything runs legally and you get real, measurable data.

Meta Ads — Instagram & Facebook

The core. Setup, pixel and tracking done right, finding the right audiences, testing fast. I read the campaign objectives (sales, leads, reach, subscriptions) and pick the right one — from a little coaching to a full campaign.

Content for ads

AI-generated product and brand shots plus real photo and video (the bridge to media production). Many variants quickly, cleanly tested — not guessing, measuring.

Funnels & landing pages

Pages placed where they belong, built for conversion. A clear path from click to purchase, no friction in between.

Email & retention

Building lists, subscribe flows, automated sequences. What you've gained in reach should also stick.

International

Multilingual shops and sites set up properly, payment methods and gateways per country, worldwide shipping. Working internationally isn't hard today — if product, logistics and team are in place.

Other platforms — honest about it

Google Ads basics are part of it. Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok — I keep learning. The focus stays on Meta — and if something else fits better, I'll say so.

From a single intro — a month of coaching, a few screws tightened, then it runs by itself — to fully structured campaigns or a complete AI-supported Meta setup. This works best with people who already have a good product or business and just want it seen more widely. Or with someone bringing a new product to market with energy.
