Withdrawal & returns
Last updated: July 2026
Fourteen days, no reason required. Notify, enclose the form, send it back — the procedure is right at the top. The binding withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form are set out in full in § 20 of the Terms; this page does not repeat them. Mandatory consumer rights of the country the goods are delivered to remain unaffected by these policies and apply in addition where they go further.
How it works
| Step | What to do | Deadline |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Notify | Declare your withdrawal via the withdrawal function at henny.info/withdrawal — or informally by email to hey@henny.info with an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing (ideally including your order number). No reason has to be given. | 14 days from receiving the goods |
| 2. Form | Fill in the model withdrawal form from § 20 of the Terms, sign it and enclose it with the return. | with the return |
| 3. Send back | Pack the goods, enclose the form, send it off. Keep the proof of postage — it is your evidence of dispatch. | 14 days from declaring the withdrawal |
| 4. Refund | Reimbursement goes back to the means of payment used. Details are in the refunds policy. | 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice |
For every deadline, sending in time is enough. Withdrawal can also be declared informally by letter to Typhora Group LLC, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA — email is the quicker route.
What condition the goods go back in
The way it arrived: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. An enclosed certificate or redemption code goes back with it.
Trying an item on is expressly fine — it triggers no compensation for diminished value. You are only liable for a loss in value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods; worn or washed items fall under that. The right of withdrawal itself is not lost because of it.
The return form
The completed and signed model withdrawal form should be enclosed with the return. Its wording is in § 20 of the Terms and is not kept a second time here — a legal text held in two places will eventually drift apart.
The form is not mandatory; withdrawal is valid without it. But it links the parcel unambiguously to an order — that is the difference between a refund in days and a follow-up email.
Return address
Goods go back to the production facility they came from — not to the USA. Which one it was is stated on the parcel. Always put “Typhora Group LLC” on the first line of the address, otherwise the shipment cannot be matched to your order.
Please send a short email to hey@henny.info first. This is not a condition — the withdrawal is valid either way — but it avoids follow-up questions and speeds up the refund.
⚠️ These addresses are for product returns only. Any mail unrelated to a return — letters, notices, legal service — will be returned to sender unopened. For anything legal, use the address given in the legal notice.

If the return is lost or damaged in transit
Proof that the goods were dispatched is enough for the refund. It therefore does not depend on the parcel arriving. So: keep the proof of postage and return the goods tracked if you can — that receipt is the evidence.
If something is lost or broken on the way back, an email to hey@henny.info with the proof of postage is enough. If a consignment goes missing or is damaged on the way to you, that is not a withdrawal case but a warranty case.
Arrived damaged, wrong or faulty
No withdrawal is needed for that. Report it by email to hey@henny.info with your order number and photos — of the goods and, for transport damage, ideally of the shipping packaging too, before everything is unpacked. A replacement follows or, if a replacement fails or is impossible, a refund.
In these cases the seller bears the cost, including transport costs (§ 439 (2) German Civil Code). Whether the goods need to be sent back at all is confirmed beforehand — often they are not required. Details are in the warranty and defects policy.
Report it as early as you can. The earlier it is, the easier it is to prove towards the carrier what happened. As a consumer, your statutory rights do not depend on reporting immediately.
Who bears which cost
| Case | Return postage | Original delivery cost |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal, entire order | Customer | refunded |
| Withdrawal, individual items | Customer | not refunded |
| Defect, misprint, wrong item | Seller | refunded |
In a withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods (§ 20 of the Terms). Additional costs arising from choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered are also not refunded.
Fourteen days — from when
The period starts on the day you or a third party named by you — other than the carrier — takes possession of the goods. Where several items from one order are delivered separately, it starts on the day the last item is taken into possession.
Exceptions
The goods in this shop are not made to customer specifications and not clearly personalised. The right of withdrawal is therefore not excluded — being made to order does not exclude it either (§ 20 of the Terms).
A separate rule applies to services: there, the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed with the consumer's express consent (§ 11 of the Terms).
Returns beyond withdrawal
No voluntary return option is promised beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. Anything that arrives damaged, wrong or faulty is not a withdrawal case but a warranty case.
